HAZWOPER

COURSE OVERVIEW This 8 hour online Hazwoper Refresher course serves as continuing education training for workers who have completed a 24 or 40 hour HAZWOPER course. It is updated annually to reflect any changes in regulation and meet the requirements of OSHA CFR 1910.120 for 8 hours of annual refresher training. INTENDED AUDIENCE This course is designed for workers who remove hazardous waste or are exposed or potentially exposed to any kind of hazardous substance or health hazard in the course of their work. Keep in mind that any worker exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous substances must, at a minimum, take this refresher course annually to ensure adequate training. ONLINE COURSE DURATION: Approximately 8 hours ONLINE ASSESSMENT: Testing conducted in this online Hazwoper Refresher course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 70% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. You are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved on your first attempt.
